  • Review and Progress

    The innovation idea you have submitted is automatically sent to the designated representative from our external business development department for review and evaluation. The representative in charge of review and evaluation will determine whether to accept your proposal or not based on fair and rigorous evaluation and will contact you if additional information is required during the review and evaluation period. You can check out the progress status of review and evaluation at any time by logging into the website.

  • Review Timeline

    LG Household and Health Care will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the result of acceptance within three months of receiving your proposal although it may be extended or shortened depending on the circumstance.

  • No Preliminary Interview Allowed

    In most cases, LG H&H does not request for preliminary meeting or telephone interview prior to review and evaluation of your ideas. If meeting or telephone interview is inevitably required LG H&H will contact you individually and we kindly ask for your cooperation if you are contacted.

  • Previously Accepted Proposals

    We would like to ask for your understanding for not being able to explain to everyone the specific reason why your proposal is not accepted since there are many innovative ideas presented to us.

Your proposed ideas may be rejected due to the reasons related to
1) appropriateness to company businesses and/of brand strategies,
2) prospective market size,
3) originality of proposal. Please understand that a failure to be accepted does not necessarily mean that your innovation proposal is not original, but may be inappropriate or unsuitable to business strategies of LG H&H or does not guarantee a sufficient market size to justify commercialization.

Even if your proposal is not accepted at the time of submission, it will be kept and maintained by LG H&H for review in the future
